Grace Craft Studio is a direct merchant of hard-to-find craft tools & supplies for creative works. Our product range encompasses the categories: air-clay cake decorating supplies. Within each category we offer a full range of tools, supplies, books, how-to videos and gift wrapping products.
We publish and mail our mail order catalog around the world. Merchandise is stocked and available for shipment from our warehouse in the Hong Kong.
We accept paypal only at this time. Immediate payment is required.
Reserve requests will be considered for a maximum of 2 days. Please contact us with your requests. If payment is not received after the second day, the item will no longer be held.
We have sales from time to time, please consider register as member to be notified of these sales.
The majority of our orders are sent via UPS ground delivery. Exceptions are made when delivery address is in a rural area. In those cases, we will ship USPS Priority Mail, or Parcel Post if rates are an issue. Rush requests can sometimes be accommodated, however prior notice is needed.
We insure all packages. If you receive a damaged item or package, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue. Photographs may be requested, and the item(s) and packaging must be saved for inspection by the delivery company.
We are happy to combine shipping rates on multiple item purchases when possible. Multiple item orders are discounted automatically by Etsy. The item with the highest shipping charge will be full price, and any additional items will use the "with another item" shipping charge. These rates are estimates, and we can sometimes be off. You may contact us prior to purchase for a combined shipping rate by providing your city, state and zip code.
If we collect too much in shipping charges ($2 or greater), you will be issued a refund via paypal. This is true for ALL orders, international and domestic.
International orders are quoted our best guess at shipping charges, if we are more than a few dollars too short, you will be contacted to pay for the difference in cost via paypal. At that time, you may choose to cancel your order, or pay the difference. If you would like a quote before placing an order, please send us a message and we will do our best to accommodate your request. We appreciate your understanding.
Due to the high expense of international shipping, your order is NOT insured. We take great care in packaging your order, and extra precautions are taken for fragile items, however if an item breaks in transit, we are not responsible for the cost of that item or it's replacement. You may request to purchase insurance by contacting us prior to shipment.
We are not responsible for packages or items lost or stolen during transit. Please request insurance if there is a history of lost or stolen items in your area.
Due to the nature of the items on this site, all sales are final. Please be sure you love your treasure before purchase to avoid any heartaches. We do our best to describe all items accurately. Feel free to contact us with any questions you may have prior to your purchase, and we will try our best to answer.
